District Governor

Introducing our District Governor – Marcia Gaedcke

Marcia Gaedcke is District Governor (2025-2026) for Rotary International District 6930. In this leadership role, Marcia is responsible for leading clubs, engaging with members and the general public, and inspiring the district to “Unite for Good” and work together to improve our communities and our world.

Marcia joined the Titusville Rotary Club in December 2003.  She served as President of her club in 2008-2009 and has served in various capacities at the club level over the years.  At the district level, she has served as District Trainer, District Conference Chair, District Executive Secretary, District Registrar and has also served on the District Grants Subcommittee and the District Finance Committee.   She also is a Rotary Leadership Institute Discussion Leader and served for several years as the District RLI Registrar.

She is a Major Donor to The Rotary Foundation.

Marcia is a lifelong resident of Titusville, Florida and has spent her professional career in the non-profit sector.  After 24 years of leading the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, she made the move to her current role as Development Director at the Titusville Playhouse and is excited to be tackling a transformative expansion initiative for culture and entertainment in historic downtown Titusville.

Marcia is a serial volunteer and has supported numerous charitable organizations over the years.  Currently she serves as Chairman of the Board for North Brevard Charities, is the District 1 Brevard County Commissioner’s Representative to the Board of the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast, and volunteers with 211 Brevard.
